4. Quality Assurance: We guarantee that all products will meet your specifications and our quality standards. Should there be any issues related to craftsmanship or defects that are not due to your specific design choices, please contact us within  14 days of receiving your order.

5. Changes or Modifications: Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, any changes or modifications may not be possible, or could incur additional charges. We encourage you to carefully review your design and specifications before completing your order.
